Week 12 Ramblings to my ARTC 2347 Design Students . . .

As you are completing your team project, thought you might like to watch this movie on Interaction Design. It is a wonderful example of how a team can work together to design a project. This one deals more with the way a designer approaches a design problem but the last half of the movie, covers the process of how sketches and collaboration lead to a terrific end result.

Week 11 Ramblings . . .

Good morning team - hope you are all ready to make a decision on your new label project. Loving the design ideas I have been seeing and am enjoying your blog entries. However . . . not seeing everyone following this blog or commenting enough in the online communications on the WIKI, your personal blogs, and other's blogs ;-(

So . . . . . . with that being said, there is an extra 10 points available for everyone this week who reads this blog entry, makes comments about the importance of the communication between team members for the current project, and posts a new entry on their own personal blog explaining how their task on the team is progressing.

Awesome BRAINSTORMING . . .

Terrific session today with teamwork, brainstorming, and Blog training! Very rewarding to see so much accomplished when the team takes over . . . just proves that the teacher isn't the only person with knowledge to share :-) . . . bursting brains with tons of ideas!

Keep up that momentum as you continue your journey of discovery for unique redesign concepts . . . can't wait to see your strategies as you coordinate and implement your ideas.

ARTC 2347 groupies...get ready to rock it

Ok... so it slow going for my design groupies but we will overcome that timidness to new stuff and take some giant leaps tomorrow during team planning! At this point, this avatar is not sure anyone knows what they are supposed to be doing... ahhhh... on to another new adventure through rugged terrain! But our survival tools are going to get a big boost when we meet in the morning so get ready explorers! Hey Franklin... Gary needs a card... quit playin' games over there guys... we gotta get to work................N.......O.......W..........!

New Project for my LSC students

Ahhh... sweet creativity! And once again, I am working with a group of very talented and enthusiastic design students who are on a journey of exploration and discovery. For project 3 of their fall semester in Design Communications II, they are working as a team to develop a series of redesigned product packaging ideas and a marketing campaign for their "client".
